家家樂酒店（廈門中山路步行街鼓浪嶼碼頭店） (Jiajiale Hotel)

衞生極差！床單有汙漬，浴室發現頭髮和黴斑，地毯黏膩有異味，明顯沒認真清潔。環境吵鬧，隔音像紙糊的，半夜走廊腳步聲聽的一清二楚。設施老舊，空調噪音大，電視信號時斷時續，吹風機還是壞的。沒有沐浴露，都是洗髮水這價位完全不值，不會再來，也不推薦！

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the location is undeniably convenient, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. 📍 Location: The hotel is situated in a bustling area, which is great for access to local attractions. However, the noise from street vendors shouting late into the night made it difficult to get any rest. Additionally, the entrance is hard to locate, which adds unnecessary stress upon arrival. 🧼 Cleanliness: Cleanliness was a major issue. The room appeared neglected, with visible dust on the toilet flusher that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Hair was left on the sink and the shower floor was grimy. The ceiling had disturbing mold patches that looked like they could fall at any moment. These conditions made the room feel unhygienic and uninviting. 🛏️ Comfort: Although the bed was made somewhat neatly, the surrounding filth made it hard to feel comfortable enough to sleep. The overall atmosphere of the room was unsettling. 👥 Service: Service was poor. Staff were reluctant to accept my check-in because I didn’t have a physical passport, even though I presented official immigration documentation that permits travel within China. This lack of flexibility and understanding was frustrating. 🚰 Amenities: Basic amenities were lacking—no drinking water was provided, which is a standard expectation in any hotel. No lift too. You have to carry ypur stuffs upstairs. 💸 Value for Money: Given the poor hygiene, unwelcoming service, and lack of amenities, this hotel is not worth the price. I would rather spend a bit more for a clean and comfortable stay elsewhere. ❌ Verdict: Not recommended. The hotel fails to meet basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Spend your money elsewhere for a better experience.

地點很方便，但如果是需要好好休息的人 聽得到樓下的叫賣聲和活動的聲音，設備非常老舊了蓮蓬頭還有浴室的門都都有損壞，冷氣不良，其中請求再換才有冷氣好的房間，有跳蚤，樓梯間都有煙頭 整棟都充滿濃濃的二手煙味。

호텔은 시내 중심지에 위치하고 있어서 너무 좋지만, 입구는 찾기 힘들었어요. 직접 마중 나온 직원 덕분에 들어가서 쉴 수 있었어요.

位置很好就在中山路上，出行十分便捷，周邊美食雲集。房間也住的可以

房間二層超級矮，大概衹有一米五左右，廁所也在二層，洗澡非常非常不方便，每次洗手間用水，一層都會有異響。床上衞生也很差，隔音超級超級差，樓梯上下人聲音超響，室內燈光偏暗。

躲在小巷子裡面差點找不到，有油煙味，床是1.8米，還算乾淨，衞生間進門碰頭，沖涼要側生，服務一般吧

住在趙小姐的店對面巷子裡的那間分店 瘋掉 206房間門鎖壞掉可以輕易的不需要房卡就從外面打開 老闆態度：「反正24小時監控，真出事我再負責」 衛浴間沒有門鎖還透風且無法關閉緊實 熱水蓮蓬頭水非常小且熱水不多 詢問是否可以退款還被拒絕 我真的感到非常悲傷 身為經營者保護顧客安全不是首要責任嗎？

樓下是中山路步行街 噪音很大 衞生太差了 衞生間都是蜘蛛網 應該是旅館改成的。 床一座一起 嘎吱嘎吱響。翻身更是 訂酒店一定要看酒店門前照片 沒電梯 拎著箱子爬樓梯。
